Questions painters ask
Will my painting be changed?
No. Each room is built around a blank canvas, and your approved photo goes in afterwards, resized but never repainted. With Match room light off, colours match your photo exactly.
How do you keep the size right?
We plan your canvas at its real size before the room is made, then check it and fit the corners to its true proportions. If a room can't be fixed, it's remade or the credit is returned.
What do I need to upload?
A photo or scan and its size, in inches or centimetres. A phone photo is fine; we straighten and colour-correct it. Add canvas depth, painted sides, frame or mat if any.
What is Match room light?
It applies each room's light and shading to your painting, so it sits in the room rather than on top of it. You always get both versions.
Who sees the rooms I make?
Only you, for 30 days. Then the empty room, never your painting, joins the shared library. Rooms you make private (CA$4 each) never do.
Can I use the images to sell my work?
Yes, for anything commercial: your website and online shop, Etsy, ads, social posts, catalogues and printed promotion. The painting stays yours and so do the mockups you make.
Is my painting used to train anything?
No. It's used only to make your rooms. We never train on it, and neither do the services we use.
What happens if I cancel or my pass ends?
You move to the free plan: 5 paintings of your choice stay, with their mockups. The rest is hidden, not deleted, until you subscribe again.
